Answers day or night
Nights, weekends, or while you're up on a roof. Taylor picks up every call you forward.
The AI receptionist for roofers & home-service contractors
Meet Taylor. When you can't pick up, Taylor answers, takes a complete message, and emails you the lead right after the call, with one-tap buttons to call or text them back.
Taylor took a call for Acme Roofing
Water coming through the kitchen ceiling after last night's storm. Two-story home; she'd like someone out this week and has homeowner's insurance.
Made for the trades that work away from the phone: roofing, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration and more.
How it works
Fill in the short form below: your services, service area and hours. We build your receptionist and give it a local phone number of its own.
Dial one code from your cell (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and more). Your number stays the same. Calls you don't answer ring Taylor instead of voicemail.
Every call is written up and emailed to you: who called, why, how urgent, and how to reach them. It's all in your dashboard too, and in JobNimbus if you use it.
What Taylor does
Nights, weekends, or while you're up on a roof. Taylor picks up every call you forward.
Full name, a callback number read back to confirm, email, the property address, what they need and how urgent it is.
New customer, existing customer, supplier, insurance adjuster, job seeker or salesperson. Every call is sorted, and urgent jobs are flagged.
A clear summary with buttons to call back, text back from your own phone, or open the full call.
If someone hangs up before leaving a message, you still get an email with their number so you can call them back.
If the caller speaks Spanish, Taylor carries on in Spanish and you still get the lead in English.
Transcripts, outcomes and leads in your dashboard, with logins for your office staff.
Robocalls and spam get a polite goodbye and never end up in your leads.

FAQ
No. You keep your number. Taylor gets a local number of its own, and you forward the calls you miss to it with a code from your phone. Another code turns forwarding off.
Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and most other carriers. Your Setup page shows the exact code to dial. On an office line or a business phone app, set "forward when busy or no answer" to your AI number in its settings.
If a caller asks, Taylor says it's your virtual receptionist and that your team will call them back.
No. Taylor takes the message and your team closes the deal, so callers never hear a price or a promise you didn't make.
Not from the AI number. Every lead email has a "Text them back" button that opens a text from your own phone, already written.
Yes. Update your services, service area, hours and notes in Setup, or give your receptionist a different name. The changes go live on their own.
